COMPASSION WITH CLEAR BOUNDARIES
For adults 18 and older. Your grief does not have to fit a schedule, and asking for more support is welcome.
Nonclinical grief coaching, Christian spiritual encouragement, and educational resources. You choose what to share and whether to include prayer. There are no promised outcomes or deadlines for healing.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed care. If grief makes everyday activities difficult, or you want help with mental health concerns, a licensed mental health professional or healthcare provider can help. Faith and professional care can be part of the same support system.
